An all new episode of TV One’s original, docu-series, “Unsung” is back this Sunday March 27th! “Unsung” starts the night with one of the greatest hip-hop producers of all time, Pete Rock at 9 p.m. ET/8C.

TV One’s signature music biography series, “Unsung” spotlights entertainment’s most influential and talented artists.

Pete is the first producer to be honored on “Unsung Presents: The Hitmakers,” which highlights an artist’s success in arranging, composing, mixing and mastering music.

This special focuses on Pete’s experience in the studio making beats for some of rap’s biggest acts.

Tune in to learn the stories behind some of his top productions like, “T.R.O.Y.,” with CL Smooth, Run-DMC’s “Down with the King” and others. In this episode of Unsung, Pete along with friends and family, come together to tell his incredible journey through the entertainment industry.

Unsung is one of the network’s longest-running series, highlights the careers and explores the personal lives of some of the most talented, versatile, and influential black vocal artists. The seven-time NAACP Image Award-winning series continues the season with equally unforgettable stories from a wide array of artists; PM Dawn on April 3rd and Das EFX on April 11th, will complete this season.
